Welcome to the "Harmony at Home: How to Effectively Communicate with Your Teen" Support Group! Join fellow moms to share insights, exchange tips, and receive support as we navigate these teenage years together. Side-by-side, we'll strengthen our communication skills, foster deeper connections, and celebrate our mom wins. Let's support each other every step of the way!

Community Purpose:

The purpose of this community is to provide a place for you to celebrate wins, share tips, and ask for support around the topic of communicating with your teen.

Posting Guidelines: 

• Feel free to post here as often as you like!

• As mothers navigating the challenges of parenting adolescents, we understand the value of having a safe and supportive community where we can share our experiences, seek advice, and lean on one another. Our private support group provides that sacred space, and it's crucial that we take measures to maintain its privacy and confidentiality. Please review our privacy guidelines here.

• Please make sure your post adheres to one of the following three categories:

1. #ASK Asking for help when you need it is a big part of being successful in this program. Everyone in this community has been exactly where you are now, so don’t feel weird about asking questions.

2. #WIN It’s crucial that you share any wins you have with the community. These wins inspire others and we want to cheer you on!

3. #AHA As you make your way through the program, you are bound to have some major “AHA!” moments. Please share positive moments of insight that you have about yourself, your child, or your family! Your AHA! may very well inspire someone else.
   

• Any coach-directed questions posted in this community will be answered in this community during Claudia's daily office hours of 12:00p-1:00p CST, or during scheduled livestream events. Please begin each question post with the hashtag #COACH. ***If you post a question in the group outside of those Office Hours, I will respond at the next scheduled session.
